We consider it important to announce the measures we take to ensure the health and safety of customers, staff and partners at our facilities. Our staff professionally carries out the cleaning of all accommodation areas, diligently following methods of cleaning, hygiene and disinfection according to the instructions of E.O.D.Y. and health protocols. These include:

  • Development of an action plan by the administration / management
  • Development of a plan for the management of a suspicious case
  • Regular training of our employees according to the hygiene protocols
  • Visible placement of hand sanitizers in all parts of the hotel
  • Frequent cleaning and disinfection of busy areas and frequent touch surfaces, including hallways, stairs and elevators
  • Immediate response to emergency cleaning

Before arrival

  • The operation of the hotels has been adjusted according to the National Health & Safety Protocols.
  • Specialized training of all staff in matters of health and safety (Health First Certification for the observance of Greek protocols in the fields of health, safety and hygiene)
  • Walking distance to hospital / Doctor.

Upon arrival


  • Welcoming takes place at the reception desk where the appropriate distances are preserved, as well as the contactless check-in process.
  • Special plexiglass dividers have been installed at your service points.
  • It is recommended to complete the formalities online before arrival.
  • Hand sanitizer points for guests and staff.
  • At the site you will find useful information about the basic health instructions that you are required to follow.
  • The keys and TV controls of your room are delivered to you disinfected.
  • Adjusted check-in (3pm) and check-out (11am), so that the room is completely disinfected and very well ventilated before it is distributed to the next customer.
  • Non-residents are not allowed in hotel rooms.

During your stay in the room

  • ROOM DISINFECTION, Thorough cleaning and disinfection of the room is carried out with approved cleaning and disinfection products.
  • Enhanced cleaning and disinfection protocols of all surfaces and the bathroom are applied in each room before the arrival of the guests.
  • Avoid daily cleaning of the room and change of bed linen, only at the request of the customer.
  • Certification of Proper Operation and Hygiene of Air Conditioners
  • Avoid using the elevator whenever possible
  • All non-essential items, such as magazines, flyers, pillows, blankets, are removed from the room.

Public spaces

  • Hand sanitizer points for guests and staff.
  • We inform about the maximum use of our lifts by two adults, with a recommendation to use a face mask

For our employees who work, our Hotel has taken the following measures:

  • Restrictions are observed for a reduced number of people in their workplace
  • We provided all the prescribed protective equipment for proper hygiene
  • Continuous disinfection of work desks, as well as private / public areas
  • We encourage the restriction of social gatherings of staff and maintain a safe distance between employees (1.5+ meters)

As a commitment to the health and well-being of our visitors, employees and society, we closely monitor developments regarding the new Coronavirus (SARS-Cov-2) with regular updates and guidance from the National Agency for Public Health (NPO). D.Y.) and the Ministry of Health, as well as by additional governmental and European organizations. Based on the guidance we have received, we are confident that our facilities and services will continue to be safe and that our staff will be ready to serve our customers.
